Elements of a DUI Charge
In Alabama, it is prohibited to drive or be in physical control of a vehicle when you have been drinking or using drugs. This includes any type of automobile or truck, and water vehicles such as jet skis or boats. First Conviction

- A one-year license suspension
Third conviction
